Easy Keto Zoodle Recipe - Beef & Mushroom

A Keto-inspired dish with a Mandarin flare! This recipe is easy to throw together - one pan only!

  • 2 zucchinni medium
  • 4 tbsp pure avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb thin sliced steak
  • 1/2 cup Mandarin sauce


  1. Wash zucchini and cut off ends. 

  2. Spiralize zucchini. Set aside.

  3. Slice steak into thin strips.

  4. Heat oil in large pan.

  5. Add garlic to hot oil and sautee until golden-brown.

  6. Add steak to pan, sautee until brown.

  7. Add mushrooms to pan and stir.

  8. Add zoodles to pan and stir until desired doneness. (2-5 minutes)

  9. Remove from heat and stir in mandarin sauce.

  10. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

For this recipe, I used ready-chopped mushrooms and garlic. Expect to add 5-10 minutes to prep time if you need to wash & chop.
