Refreshing Grape BCAA Popsicles

  • 2 scoops Supplement RX Arctic Grape BCAAs
  • 16 ounces Water
  • 8 ounces Prepared Grape Juice


  1. Mix BCAAs with water in a large bowl or beaker. 

  2. Stir in grape juice. 

  3. Add combined mixture to popsicle mold.

  4. Freeze 4+ hours. 

  5. Enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

2-3 popsicles = one serving of BCAAs when using the popsicle mold featured.
