Frequently Asked Questions

Restore The Core is designed for beginners to intermediate exercisers or anyone who has taken some time off from exercising. The program progresses in difficulty as you go!

There are modifications for most of the exercises in Restore The Core. There are also progressions! That means that there is typically an “easy,” “moderate,” and “hard,” version of each exercise. 

If you’re new to exercise but are in good health (or have talked to your doctor), you can do this program! I have included visuals and instructions for every single exercise you will need to complete. 

Yes! You can start Day 1 any time you want. However, if you want your “rest days” to coincide with weekends, you’ll you want to start on a Monday.

The next step is to either wait until the page forwards you to the download, or check your email for it. You can download it to your phone, computer, tablet, etc!

You will exercise a total of four times per week. Rest days are typically on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (if you start on a Monday).
