This core workout program is for you if:

  • You have diastasis recti (abdominal separation). This program is not designed for you!
  • You are in your third trimester of pregnancy or are recently postpartum and haven’t been cleared to exercise yet.
  • You aren’t committed to one month (the time it will take to complete this program).
  • You are looking for an extreme weight loss program. Restore The Core is not a weight loss program and doesn’t feature a meal plan, diet, etc.
  • You aren’t a self-starter.

Restore the Core Ab Program FAQ

What is the required fitness level to complete this program?

Restore The Core is designed for beginners to intermediate exercisers. It is also for anyone who has taken some time off from exercising. The program progresses in difficulty as you go!

What if I can’t complete one of the exercises prescribed?

There are modifications for most of the exercises in Restore The Core. There are also progressions! That means that there is typically an “easy,” “moderate,” and “hard,” version of each exercise.

What if I’m totally new to exercising?

If you’re new to exercise but are in good health (or have talked to your doctor), you can do this program! I have included visuals and instructions for every single exercise you will need to complete.

Can I start RTC anytime?

Yes! You can start Day 1 any time you want. However, if you want your “rest days” to coincide with weekends, you’ll you want to start on a Monday.

What happens after I make my purchase?

The next step is to wait until the page forwards you to the download. It will also be emailed to you. You can download it to your phone, computer, tablet, etc!

What if I don’t understand something in the program?

How many working days are there each week?

You will exercise a total of four times per week. Rest days are typically on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. (Assuming you start on a Monday).
