How to Create a Support System for Your Fitness Journey

Share your plans and explain why this journey is important to you. Ask for their encouragement and maybe even their participation.

A morning walk with a friend or a weekend hike with the family can turn exercise into quality bonding time.

For some people, this is not always easy, and I get that.

However, it’s important for your own mental and physical health that you make an effort to connect with others in this way.

There’s something incredibly motivating about being part of a group with similar goals.
