Hello and welcome to Ironwild Fitness!
I’m Chantal – a mom, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the face behind this little corner of the internet.
I’m also the creator of the nutrition bundle designed to help you build healthy habits, master clean eating, and dial in on your mindset to achieve weight loss sustainably. It’s nice to “meet” you! 🙂
Why these healthy snacks for pregnancy?
I’m writing today’s post because I’m no stranger to the struggle of pregnancy nutrition.
In fact, I started this very blog as a postpartum fitness journey way back in 2017. That was before I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I struggled with postpartum depression and postpartum weight loss SO much, that I just wanted to share my experiences and hopefully help some other moms along the way.
Trust me when I say that I KNOW how easy it is to gain too much weight during pregnancy. It can be tough to find the balance between eating a little bit more to sustain baby without overdoing it. (Like I said, I know all about the struggle of postpartum weight loss, so it’s important to focus on nutrition throughout your pregnancy.)
That being said, today’s post is all about healthy snacks for pregnant women. It’s hard to believe, but my youngest baby is now 7 years old. There’s so much stuff I wish I’d known back then, and I can’t wait to share some of it with you here.
So let’s get started! Here are some easy, healthy snacks for pregnancy. (They’re also great for postpartum.)
P.S. Be sure to read these simple ways to start losing the baby weight now so that you have some ideas for later.
