But you still need breakfast meeting food ideas!

It can be so hard to eat clean when your job and family life demand so much of you. I totally get it!

So – keep all of that in mind while you read this list of breakfast meeting food. Don’t forget that not everything will work for you, and don’t see is at a black-and-white thing, either.
These are just ideas for morning snacks for meetings!
But if they will help you start to get creative and get into the habit of eating healthier in the mornings, then my job here is done.

While you can use my meeting snacks ideas just for yourself, a lot of these would make some great healthy breakfast snacks for all of your coworkers.
My favorite idea is to take a handful of these healthy breakfast snack ideas and put them on one big platter for a charcuterie-style breakfast!
If you select several different items to take to your meeting, it can be a real crowd-pleaser. (Snacks for morning meetings don’t have to be boring!)
This makes it fun, it’s a good conversation starter, and you can meet the dietary needs of different people. Try it out!

What are good snacks for meetings? Here are some healthy meeting food ideas & morning snacks for meetings:
1. Bananas
It doesn’t matter if they’re fresh, dehydrated, or freeze-dried. You get the idea! Bananas make great meeting snacks no matter how you slice ’em!
2. Homemade Granola Bars
Granola bars of any kind (homemade or not) can make good breakfast meeting food, but it’s up to you to choose healthy ones. Watch out for too much sugar!
3. Individual Oatmeal Packs
Easy breakfast meeting snacks? Say no more! Individual oatmeal packs are perfectly portable and you can even get great protein options these days. Just opt for a low-sugar or natural variety.
4. Adult Go-Gurts
Yep, this is a thing! (Why wasn’t it a thing sooner?) Look for these easy meeting snacks at health food stores.
5. Blackberries / Blueberries
Fresh berries are always a good call, and they are great for getting in those antioxidants!

6. Individual Nut Butter Pouches
Protein and fat combine to give your brain the thinking power you need in the mornings. Think Justin or MaraNatha brand. (The honey ones are delicious.)
7. Protein Bites
Homemade or store-bought (there are both). There are tons of recipes on Pinterest!
8. Chia Squeeze / Adult Applesauce Pouches
Have you heard of these? It may be odd to picture a room full of adults sucking on applesauce pouches, but hey, it gets the job done!
9. Pineapple Chunks
Who doesn’t love some sweet and tangy pineapple in the morning?
10. Grapes
Opt for both red and green grapes for some selection!
11. Hard Boiled Eggs
Super easy and affordable meeting snacks! You can even buy them pre-cooked in baggies at the store. (Look in the deli area.)
12. Granola
Opt for a natural variety without a lot of sugar. Provide a variety of yogurt cups if you’re sharing at morning meetings.
13. Healthy Breakfast Cookies
These are a thing and I’m so glad they are! Erin Baker’s breakfast cookies are pretty popular – why not give them a try?
14. Banana Chips
Easy to buy in bulk and store for a long time.
15. Cantaloupe Chunks
You can get this easy breakfast meeting food pre-chopped at pretty much any grocery store!
16. Mini Wheat Bagels
Top with peanut butter or low-fat cream cheese.
17. Breakfast Biscuits
Breakfast biscuits pair perfectly with some good coffee. My family loves the almond butter ones from Nature Valley.
18. Clementine Oranges (Easy Peel)
These are really affordable snacks for morning meetings and are portable, too!
19. Applesauce Muffins (No Added Sugar)
Applesauce muffins typically have less sugar and less fat but are still sweet and moist. Try them!
20. Fruit Juice
Orange juice, no added sugar is preferred!
21. Dried Mangos
Not candied – get the plain ones to avoid excess sugar!
22. Low-Sugar Fruit Cups
Yes, adults can eat these too! (Don’t forget the spoons.)
23. Apples with Yogurt Dip
My favorite yogurt dip is a vanilla yogurt & peanut butter combo. You can also mix a little honey into plain yogurt, then add nut butter.
24. Mini Scones
The grocery store bakery pretty much always has this breakfast meeting food on hand. 🙂
25. Pre-Portioned Nut Pouches
This is one of the easiest snacks for morning meetings but be sure to ask about nut allergies first.
27. Apple Chips (Freeze-Dried)
For crunchy, sweet, and delicious healthy meeting snacks!
28. Individual Protein Shakes
Don’t make it hard, I’m thinking of something like Premier Protein for good healthy meeting snacks.
29. Mini Cereal Boxes
Just get a “grown up” variety instead of the sugar cereals. (Yes, they totally exist!)
30. Grapefruit
Maybe going with whole grapefruits is a little extreme, but they do make ready-to-eat grapefruit cups that you can buy.
31. RX Bars
If your people are health nuts, RX Bars a the perfect morning snack idea. They are sweetened with dates for great flavor without refined sugar.
32. Raisins
Some people don’t like raisins but others love them. It’s still a good option to offer!
33. Strawberries
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like strawberries, and they are full of vitamin C.
34. Dried Apricots
To keep it healthy, opt for dried apricots with no sugar added (not candied).
35. Fig Newtons
Fig Newtons or NutriGrain bars are the perfect morning snack for work or anywhere, really.
36. Skim Milk
It might seem weird for a bunch of adults to be sitting around drinking skim milk together, but there’s some good calcium and protein in there. Why not?
37. Herbal Tea
Go for green tea for some caffeine if you want! Otherwise, there are a ton of varieties that are perfect for the morning. There are even variety packs that will give everyone something to try.
38. Yogurt Dipped Nuts
Just make sure to read the ingredients – some “yogurt-dipped” items are high in sugar and have engineered ingredients or additives.
39. Avocado Toast
Okay, a bit bougie but maybe you have a nearby bakery that could provide this for healthy meeting snacks?
40. Fresh Smoothies
Some cities have great pickup options for this, but you can always make one the night before & pop it into the freezer overnight. Then just take it out before work and enjoy it as it thaws out.
41. Muesli
They make these healthy meeting snacks in little individual packets!
42. Yogurt Dipped Cranberries
I’ve never tried these but they sound good!
43. Superfood Smoothie Pouches
Try superfood smoothie pouches Such as the NOKA brand ones.
44. Protein Oatmeal Bowls
You can get these in little microwavable cups/bowls.
45. KIND Bars
KIND bars are a really popular choice.
46. Trail Mix
Just skip the kind with a lot of chocolate! (Or don’t and say you did.)

47. FlapJacked Mighty Muffins
They come in little cups, as well as protein and probiotic varieties.
48. Almond Yogurt Cups
If you have any dairy-free people you need to cater to, these are great. My favorite is the chocolate coconut almond-milk yogurt from Silk.
49. Kodiak Cakes Cups
On-the-go protein pancake mixes.
50. Cherries
Just make sure everyone has a garbage can?
51. Smoothie Bowls
Top with granola and chia seeds!
52. Overnight Oats
You can make overnight oats for the whole week in about 20 minutes. Give it a try!

53. Oatmeal Squeeze Pouch
Yep, this is a thing! Again, I’ve heard good things about NOKA brand.
54. Greek Yogurt Cups
High-protein, low-sugar if you can!
55. Healthy Breakfast Burritos
You can batch-make these and freeze them.
56. Carrot Cake Muffins

Coffee is always a good idea, and it’s nice to have something slightly sweet. to go with it.
58. Mini Quiches
Make it healthy with some veggies and egg whites if you can.
