Free Fitness Challenge Series Starts Dec. 10TH!

Looking for a free fitness challenge to join? I am running a series of free challenges, starting with the holiday themed one starting December 10th! LADIES ONLY!

What did I ever do before I found these fitness challenges!??

Ladies, if you are looking for accountability or support on your weight loss journey, I am there for you!

This is it!

Helping other women (especially moms) is WHY I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer. 

But when I started this blog, I had no idea how I was going to stay in touch with my followers, and I have found the ultimate way to do it.

So I’m running this free fitness challenge to kick off my discovery of the Beachbody challenge app! Guys, this challenge app is a game changer! You can weigh in, add your “before picture,” and enter in your starting measurements. You can also communicate with me. Plus, for the ultimate accountability, I can see how many workouts you’ve logged!

So cool.

This first ladies-only challenge is held December 10th-23rd. Short, sweet, and totally do-able.

During that time, the challenge is to complete at least 3 workouts (of your choice) per week. However, there is a fitness-related prize for the person who logs the most workouts during this time!

How do we stay accountable in the free fitness challenge?

We use the Beachbody challenge app (free) to sync the workouts from Beachbody. As your coach, I can SEE who has logged a workout or not, and how many!

You DON’T have to have Beachbody to participate – you can do your own workouts – you JUST have to have an email invite.

But since the challenge is just two weeks, you can use Beachbody workouts 100% free if you sign up for Beachbody On Demand’s Free 14-day trial. So you’ll want to sign up for your free trial right before the challenge start (December 10th).

If you just want to participate and don’t want Beachbody on Demand after that, just cancel at the end of the 14 days!

Once you’re signed up for the free trial or the subscription of your choice, I’ll send you an invite to the challenge group in the app! (Invites are with an email address.) It’s super easy!

ALL of the workouts are there for you on demand – from dancing to weight lifting to straight up cardio. ☺️

  4. A Little Obsessed – February 18th to 22nd 

  5. Shift Shop 2 Week Challenge – March 4th to 15th 

  6. 3 Day Refresh – April 1st to 3rd 

  7. Transform 20 – April 15th to 26th 

  8. A Week of Hard Labor – May 13th to 19th

  9. 21 Day Fix Round 2 – June 3rd to 24th 

  10. 3 Day Refresh – July 15th Through 17th

  11. 80 Day Obsession August 5th – 19th?

Do I have to have supplements for the challenges in the fitness accountability group?

No! If you want to do JUST the workouts, you can!

If you ONLY want the Beachbody workouts, just opt for the On-Demand streaming here.

However, many of the challenges are designed to clean up your diet at the same time as getting your workouts in, so it’s up to you! I highly recommend cleaning up your diet when starting a new program to get the best results. If you aren’t sure what you should get, don’t hesitate to email me at and we’ll talk about your goals and I’ll point you in the right direction.

There are often “challenge packs” that are meant to go with specific workout programs, but I’ll be sure to announce those well before each challenge starts. Those are also optional.

What materials will help me prepare for each challenge?

I will always make sure you have the stuff you might need!

I will tell you everything you might want for each challenge well ahead of time. You’re going to have enough time to order everything and get it shipped.

However, if you want to plan ahead or you’re 100% sure you’re gonna use the BeachBody stuff, here’s what’s suggested for each challenge:

If you just want access to workouts and Shakeology, this is what you want.

  1. Holiday Challenge 1 – You’ll probably want your Shakeology and definitely want the workouts, so this is a challenge pack that features JUST those things.
  2. Healthy Holiday Face Off- 21 Day Fix & Shakeology Challenge Pack (Make sure you get the one that includes BeachBody On Demand!)
  3. 21 Day Fix –  21 Day Fix & Shakeology Challenge Pack (Make sure you get the one that includes BeachBody On Demand!)
  4. A Little Obsessed – 80 Day Obsession Challenge Pack – Since we’re doing the challenge around the program designed to segue into 80 Day Obsession, you can grab this
  5. Shift Shop 2 Week Challenge – Shift Shop Challenge Pack w/ Shakeology & BOD
  6. 3 Day Refresh – 3 Day Refresh w/Shakeology 
  7. Transform 20 – Not yet released, but it will involve BOD!
  8. A Week of Hard Labor – You will need BeachBody On Demand at minimum!
  9. 21 Day Fix Round 2 – 21 Day Fix & Shakeology Challenge Pack
  10. 3 Day Refresh – 3 Day Refresh w/Shakeology 
  11. 80 Day Obsession – 80 Day Obsession Challenge Pack

Please note that while challenge packs feel expensive, they include a full year of workouts if you get Beachbody on Demand! This is cheaper than 99% of gym memberships, plus you can work out whenever and wherever! So the biggest bang for your buck is to just make sure you get a challenge pack with a full year of BeachBody On Demand included.

If you don’t want any challenge packs, feel free to purchase BeachBody On Demand alone and you can participate in ALL future challenges plus have unlimited access to programs you can do at your own pace.

**Please note that challenges ARE FREE. However, if you use Beachbody On Demand’s free trial, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep those workouts. Just be sure to cancel your subscription if you decide that you don’t want BOD after the 14 days.
