Fizzy Mango Mocktail Ingredients

Easy Fizzy Mango Mocktail Ingredients

For this super-simple mango mocktail recipe, you’ll need just four ingredients! It calls for two fresh mangos, a large pinch or small packet of Stevia, a can of your favorite mango seltzer water, and one cup of coconut water.

(I used organic Stevia and mango Bubbly, but feel free to use whatever options you have available.)

Coconut Water

I used plain VitaCoco for this recipe, but if you want more coconutty flavor, you could add a splash of coconut milk or cream! This would add some healthy fat and cloudiness to your mango mocktail, but if you’re okay with it, I say give it a try!

Mango

I used fresh, very ripe mangos for this recipe. (I have always LOVED mangos.) This made them very juicy and sweet, which turned out amazing. However, you could turn this into more of a blended mango mocktail by using frozen mango too!

Stevia

I used ONE packet of organic Stevia for this refreshing mango mocktail recipe, and it was plenty sweet! If you aren’t familiar with Stevia, a little bit goes a long way. If you don’t have it in packets, I suggest starting with a pinch of Stevia in the blender. You can always add more if you think it’s not sweet enough. Alternatively, you can use a little bit of honey or agave nectar to sweeten up your drink if you don’t have Stevia on hand.

Seltzer Water

I LOVE soda because I love fizz, but I don’t love the sugar that it comes with. As such, I have dabbled in the world of seltzer water for a few years now. While it doesn’t matter all that much which kind you get, I used Bubbly brand for this recipe. I find that generally, plain mango is a rare seltzer flavor, and this just happened to be the first one I found. If you can’t find mango, coconut or pineapple would probably be delicious, too!

Easy Mango Mocktail Nutrition

Although this recipe is without alcohol and added sugar, it is not without calories. On the plus side, the coconut water and fresh mango are packed with nutrients. Let’s take a closer look at what this mango mocktail has to offer.

Coconut Water Nutrition: Coconut water is a natural electrolyte packed with potassium, magnesium, and sodium to help keep you hydrated. (That’s why this coconut mango mocktail is such a good summertime drink!) It’s low in calories, naturally sweet, and a great alternative to sugary sports drinks. Plus, it contains antioxidants that support overall health.

Mango Nutrition: Mangoes are packed with vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber, making them great for immune support and digestion. They’re also rich in antioxidants, helping to fight inflammation and promote healthy skin.

Stevia Nutrition: Stevia is a natural, zero-calorie sweetener derived from the Stevia plant. It contains no carbs or sugar, making it a great option for blood sugar control. (It doesn’t spike your sugar like many other sweeteners!)

Easy Ways to Switch Up This Non-Alcoholic Mango Drink

The beauty of this recipe is that you can customize it pretty easily. You can skip the Stevia for a little less sweetness, or add more if you’re really craving sugar without the crash!

You can also use whatever variety of seltzer water that you want (coconut, pineapple, mango, orange, etc.) or even opt to use a lemon-lime soda or something similar instead.

Additionally, you could try adding in whatever fruit you want! If I’d had coconut or pineapple on hand for this mango mocktail recipe, I’m sure I would have loved that, too.

As is, this recipe has a very light coconut flavor. Like I mentioned already, you want more coconut flavor, add in a bit of fresh coconut or a splash of coconut creme or milk.

It goes without saying that if you don’t like bubbles, you can skip the seltzer altogether! If you’re like me and you love fizz, you could even make this more bubbly by adding another can of seltzer. The options really are endless here!

Fizzy Coconut Mango Mocktail

How to Make This Fizzy Coconut Mango Mocktail

First, add one cup of fresh mango to a blender. Then pour in one cup of chilled coconut water.

Add your Stevia, then blend for one full minute, or until there are no mango chunks visible.

Next, add a full can of chilled mango seltzer water and give it a good stir with a wooden spoon or another long utensil.

That’s it – you’re ready to serve! Pour it over ice or enjoy it as is.

Storing This Fizzy Coconut Mango Mocktail

While this fizzy non-alcoholic mango drink will last a day or two in the fridge (in an airtight container, of course), I don’t recommend making it too far ahead of time.

If you do, be sure to save the step where you add the seltzer water for the very end. In other words, you can blend and chill the mango, coconut water, and Stevia ahead of time, but you’ll lose all of your fizz if you mix the Bubbly in too soon.
