I recently joined the FASTer Way To Fat Loss program after a five-year weight loss plateau.

Despite my efforts to lose weight on my own (I am a personal trainer and all), I really needed help with nutrition.

Being a stay-at-home mom and fighting depression while trying to lose weight is hard. So I decided to take some action.

Now that I’m in the middle of it, I want to share how it’s going and what I think so far!

In this post, I’m going to answer your burning question, “What is Faster Way To Fat Loss?”

First of all, let me start by saying that I don’t normally buy into weight loss programs or any fat loss program.

You better believe that as a personal trainer, I read ALL of the reviews on any new diet and exercise program before jumping in.

Yes, I am the skeptical type.

So when I heard of this program about a year ago, I definitely spent some solid time searching for Faster Way To Fat Loss reviews.

I wanted to know everything about this program after a bad experience with another wellness program. Do you blame me?

I basically broke the internet Googling things like:

  • What is the FASTer way diet?

  • How much does the Faster Way To Fat Loss Cost?

  • Who started the FASTer Way To Fat Loss?

  • How long do you fast on FASTer way to fat loss?

(And of course, ALL of the Faster Way To Fat Loss reviews.) To be honest, I had no real doubt that the program could help me. I needed (and still need) a LOT of help on my personal weight loss journey.

To tell you the truth, I was searching for basically any negative experiences women might have had with the FASTer Way.

And, unlike my experience with Beachbody (ok, there, now you know), there weren’t hundreds of sorry accounts all over Google. P.S. The FASTer Way To Fat Loss is NOT a pyramid scheme or MLM company. It uses affiliates and traditional marketing to grow. 

After much research, I started to get the feeling that there was something unique about this online program.

At the end of the day, I think that any investment you make in your health is a good one – even when you’re not wildly successful like I had been previously. But I want to elaborate. 

FASTer Way To Fat Loss results were different.

But why?

Come to find out, the program actually operates a lot differently than so many others I’ve seen as personal trainer and skeptic.

To tell you the complete truth, I didn’t join the FASTer Way back then, when I first learned of it. I honestly didn’t have the money back then.

But a few weeks ago, I did have the money.

To start, this program is NOT some crazy diet. There are no insane calorie deficits or expensive supplements.

Yes, there will be terms and strategies that might be new to you. But it’s not extreme – in fact, I find it very sustainable.

But to better describe it, the FASTer Way is an educational wellness program that teaches you how to eat the right foods at the right time for fat loss.

This program teaches you how to burn fat using concepts such as intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and high-intensity interval training. (You can read about HIIT in this post if you’re new to it.)

That’s honestly just the gist of it. But there’s so much more to this program. Let’s dive in a little deeper.

What Do I Get When I Buy This Program?

From an educational perspective, this program is invaluable for people who are new to fitness and clean eating.

That is, if you have never really learned about eating whole foods, are new to working out, or simply have gone far off of the path to wellness, this program is going to help you tremendously. (In my opinion.)

It’s also going to expose you to intermittent fasting, carb cycling, high-intensity interval training, and a low(er) carb lifestyle. 

But of course, here’s the bulleted list of things you get when you join:

It doesn’t seem like a complicated program because it isn’t! What makes this program different is that it goes WAY back to step one and helps you transition back into eating whole foods.

It teaches you important scientific concepts for weight loss and healthy eating. What’s more, the program starts with a “prep week” so that you have time to gather your bearings and slowly transition into the fasting schedule and eliminating cravings.

If it sounds confusing – don’t worry – the FASTer Way team does an incredible job of easing you into a new routine.

For me, this was super important because it made it possible for me to make “mistakes” without feeling guilty.

This was a time for me to basically “relearn” how to eat healthy again without beating myself up for slip-ups. That first week, I learned a lot more about what unhealthy habits I needed to eliminate. 

If you are completely new to exercise, clean eating, or you’ve taken a long break, this is seriously important.

I think that it sets you up for failure if you jump into diet and exercise too fast and too hard. Trust me!

Who started FASTer Way To Fat Loss?

This program was created by a personal trainer and mom named Amanda Tress.

As a trainer, she experienced a lot of clients with the same problems with diet and exercise.

Namely, there was a lot of misinformation about what we’re really supposed to be eating. There were people who were seemingly doing the right things to lose weight, but still weren’t.

After a lot of trial-and-error, she discovered what she felt like the BEST way for people to lose fat and get well. All of the concepts she implements in the FASTer Way are things she discovered in her studies as a trainer.

As such, she has created a certification for people who want to be coaches for the FASTer Way. (That means that you’re only interacting with educated individuals with credentials.)

How much does FASTer Way To Fat Loss Cost?

Your initial round of the FASTer Way program is $199. This includes 8 total weeks. (WAYYYY cheaper than a personal trainer!)

Occasionally you can find a sale, but I have mostly seen it be $199. The VIP membership program for clients who want to continue after their initial 8 weeks is $79/month. It still includes app access, workouts, etc. 

Your first round of the FASTer way breaks down into 1 prep week, 3 weeks of guided workouts, video lessons, etc. while learning to put it all together, and 4 additional weeks of access to the portal for workouts, etc.

What I Like The Most About This Program

This program felt different for me because of several things. But I’ll just talk about the top two for now.

Firstly, as someone who is already “in” the fitness industry, I really liked how educational this program is. Many diet and workout plans are “all in” without much explanation.

They often tell you what to do, but fail to tell you why.

There’s not a lot of evidence or education behind it. I don’t think that’s super helpful or effective when you’re trying to reason with the changes you are making. I certainly don’t think it’s helpful long-term.

The FASTer Way uses scientifically-proven concepts (like carb-cycling) to get you results. Over 100,000 people have successfully done this program, so you know the ideas work.

But it goes further by explaining to you those concepts and why they work in the program portal and the live trainings.  

Secondly, this lifestyle is sustainable for me. You’re not being super restrictive – you’re just eating on a different schedule. Even so, you’ll feel your energy levels changing each simple lifestyle change at a time.

So many of the diet and exercise programs out there are complicated and extreme. This isn’t.

Fasting feels easier to me than I expected, and I don’t ever feel extremely hungry or restricted. I don’t feel like I’m living “on a diet” and I don’t feel like I’m a slave to it.

That’s a huge reason I failed on so many programs before. These nutrition strategies for overall healthy just feel a lot more sustainable for me.

Have you had any progress so far?

As I write this post, I’m only a few days into my first round. So I don’t have any incredible Faster Way To Fat Loss before and after pictures, but you better believe I took my “before” pics.

I do however, already feel leaner and less bloated. I KNOW I’ve already lost a pound or two. And, since cutting dairy wayyy back, I am getting way less stomach aches and I’m feeling a little more “regular.”

I had a sneaking suspicion that dairy was causing me problems but I didn’t really know until I started cutting it out for the FASTer Way.

Fasting through the typical breakfast time has made it seemingly easier to stay within my target calorie range. Everything just feels simplified.

Of course, I hope to have some great FASTer Way To Fat loss results to share with you at the end of my round, but I feel like I’m off to a good start. 🙂

The answer is yes – but you’re not supposed to add all of that typical cream and sugar (like so many of us do). Super hard for me, but doable.
