Everyday Dreamers: Meet Mom & CPT Kari Jaques!
Welcome to my new series, Everyday Dreamers! In this series I am featuring moms in business/blogging in the wellness niche. Today I am excited to feature Kari from KJ Fitness Training! Enjoy!
Welcome to today’s blog post featuring mom & MASTER NASM Certified Personal Trainer Kari Jaques!

I have to admit, I am EXTRA excited to share this one with you ladies because Kari was my first-ever personal trainer. Yep, the one I hired after having my first kid.
I have talked about how hiring my own personal trainer for the first time taught me so much and how it got me interested in becoming a personal trainer myself, so it’s really fun that I can share this particular interview with you all!
I know it’s been awhile since my last Everyday Dreamers feature. (Click here to check out the first post in the series!) This series is all about moms and mom bosses who are chasing their dreams in the realm of wellness.

As I’ve said before, I believe that part of being holistically healthy is nourishing your mental and emotional self as well as your physical self. That means that moms should take care of themselves in many different ways!
One such way would be to continue to pursue your passions, hobbies, and career interests even after you become a mom.
We have a tendency, as moms, to put our dreams and hobbies on the back burner once we have children. However, I find that while our priorities must shift a little, throwing away our hopes and dreams can seriously backfire! A mom on a mission is healthier in every sense of the word.
You are allowed to dream, mama!
It took me a long time to figure that out. But I am continually inspired by other moms who have been working at their dreams while also raising babies! When I think about strong women, this is the first thing that comes to mind.
