Looking for an easy piña colada mocktail to try out? This delicious fizzy pina colada mocktail is perfectly delicious and bubbly!

Hey there!
I’m Chantal – a mom, a certified personal trainer, a nutrition coach, and the writer behind this little corner of the internet. I’m also the creator of the nutrition course designed to help you stop yo-yo dieting and finally master mindset for sustainable weight loss.
Welcome to the blog!
In today’s article, I want to share my healthy, easy, and fizzy piña colada mocktail recipe with you. If you love piña colada flavors, but are skipping alcohol like I am, give it a try!
Not only is this recipe easy, refreshing, and delicious, it’s a great way to get in some fresh fruit and electrolytes. It’s perfect for hot days, summer parties, or just those days you wish you were on a tropical island somewhere. 😉

What’s Inside This Easy Fizzy Pina Colada Mocktail
1. Pineapple
This easy pineapple coconut mocktail recipe features fresh pineapple. While it’s best used chilled or frozen, you can use a fresh ripe pineapple, too. I love pineapple because it’s a tropical powerhouse packed with vitamin C, manganese, and antioxidants. It’s also rich in bromelain, an enzyme that aids digestion and reduces inflammation. With its natural sweetness and hydrating properties, pineapple is a delicious way to support immune health, boost collagen production, and promote gut health. Did I mention it’s delicious?
2. Coconut Water
This recipe also calls for coconut water, nature’s ultimate hydration drink. It’s packed with electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, and sodium, which help replenish fluids and keep your body energized. Low in calories and naturally refreshing, it’s a great alternative to sugary sports drinks and your typical pina colada cocktail mix.
3. Coconut Pineapple Seltzer Water
While you can use pineapple or coconut seltzer water, I was lucky enough to find pineapple coconut Bubbly for this recipe! I love seltzer water because it has all of the fizz of soda without the sugar and calories. However, you can always use diet soda or regular soda for this recipe if you really want to.
4. Stevia
This recipe also uses Stevia, a natural, zero-calorie sweetener derived from the Stevia plant. Unlike sugar, it won’t spike blood sugar levels, making it a great option for those managing diabetes or cutting back on carbs. Packed with antioxidants, Stevia is a guilt-free way to sweeten your drinks and recipes without the extra calories or artificial additives.
(Stevia is actually the secret ingredient in my famous blackberry frozen yogurt, too!)
Easy Ways to Switch This Pineapple Coconut Mocktail Up
If you’re looking for something sweeter but still healthy, add another packet of Stevia to the blender with the pineapple and coconut water. Then, follow the recipe as is!
You can also make this a blended frozen mocktail by adding ice to your blender when you mix up the coconut water and pineapple. Alternatively, you can cut up your pineapple ahead of time, freeze the chunks on a single layer on a baking sheet (I suggest doing this at least one hour ahead of time), then follow the recipe with the chilled chunks.
You could also switch this up by opting for pineapple seltzer water instead of coconut, or add a little coconut milk or cream (which will add fat and calories) instead of just coconut water. Either way, the result will be a deliciously fizzy mocktail that’s perfect any time of day!
There are seriously no rules here – get creative with it! Okay, let’s get to the recipe.
