15 Quick & Easy Clean Eating Snacks

1. Apple Slices with Almond Butter

This is a quick, easy, and classic snack packed with fiber and healthy fats. If you want to make it high-protein, mix a little bit of nut butter with one high-protein vanilla yogurt cup. It makes a delicious dip for your apple slices!

2. Veggie Sticks with Hummus

Carrot, celery, and cucumber slices pair perfectly with creamy hummus. Plus, you’ll get tons of water, vitamins, minerals, and fiber! To make this one easier, pre-wash and chop all of these veggies and put each group into a glass jar with a lid. Refrigerate and enjoy them all week!

3. Berries and Coconut Yogurt

This is a sweet and refreshing snack with a protein boost. It’s packed full of antioxidants, too! (Of course, you can just use your favorite yogurt.) 🙂

4. Green Smoothie

Most people don’t get enough veggies even when they’re doing really well with nutrition. A green smoothie is an easy way to get in a ton of vitamins and minerals quickly and easily. Here’s my favorite tropical green smoothie recipe.

5. Hard-Boiled Eggs with Sea Salt

This is a portable, protein-packed snack. The only catch is that you will need to think ahead to prep these for convenience later. My suggestion is to hard-boil at least 6 eggs once per week so that you can have 2 at a time for a snack!

6. Greek Yogurt with Chia Seeds

Greek yogurt is unmatched when it comes to nutrition and ease. They make so many high-protein choices these days that there’s no reason you can’t find one you like. (I love the new Chobani 20 G Protein in Raspberry Lemon!)

Optional: Sprinkle on chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3s.

7. Turkey or Chicken Roll-Ups

I love this quick and easy clean-eating snack idea because it’s versatile and delicious. Wrap lean deli meat around cucumber or avocado slices for a quick bite. Or, if you’re in a pinch and want to add some fat and calories, wrap your favorite deli meat around a cheese stick.

8. Homemade Trail Mix

This is a great clean-eating snack, but it does require a little prep. However, it has the potential to be an antioxidant-packed favorite that will last for weeks in the pantry or fridge. Combine raw nuts, seeds, and unsweetened dried fruit for a portable snack. (Don’t forget the dark chocolate if you have a sweet tooth!)

9. No-Bake Energy Bites

Energy bites are fun because they are super customizable, and the internet is FULL of different recipes to try. My favorite energy bites are made with oats, nut butter, honey, and optional cacao nibs.

10. Rice Cakes with Peanut Butter and Banana Slices

Rice cakes make for a quick and easy snack and can be on the sweet or savory side. Alone, they make for a light option, but if you add nut butter and banana slices on top, they can be a pretty filling yet quick treat.

11. Dark Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

It’s never the wrong time for dark chocolate in my opinion; plus, high-quality chocolate is full of antioxidants and minerals like magnesium. Melt dark chocolate with 70% cocoa or more for clean eating, then dip your favorite berries in it for a delicious treat.

12. Chia Pudding

Mix chia seeds with almond milk and let it sit overnight, then top with fruit. You can also easily turn this into overnight oats!

13. Frozen Grapes or Banana Slices

I have never been a big frozen grapes fan, but I’ve heard other people are obsessed with it. (It’s a naturally sweet and refreshing snack.) But sliced bananas dipped in nut butter or chocolate and then frozen are absolutely delicious.

14. Roasted Chickpeas

You can buy these pre-made, but you can also make them at home! Toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices, then bake until crispy on parchment paper.

15. Avocado Toast

I am a huge avocado fan, and that means that, by default, I love avocado toast. For a quick and easy clean-eating snack, use whole-grain bread and sprinkle it with sea salt and garlic salt. (Or the spices of your choosing.)

That’s it!
